Natural dying!
I grew Japanese indigo this year to try natural dye.
I love indigo, but knew it is highly technical method.
Then I found this fresh leaves dying and it was so fun and easy.
It reminded me of my childhood playing with leaves and flowers.
Try if you can find indigo leaves!

育てた日本藍の葉を使って、初めて染めものをしてみました。
材料は採れたての葉と塩だけ！
（生葉染めで調べるといろいろ方法がでてきます。）
シルクの布製品、アルパカの毛糸、コットンの糸を染めました。
藍の色は大好きだけれど、難しいんだろうなと思っていたのですが、この方法はとっても簡単にできました。
子供の頃、葉っぱやお花で色水をつくって遊んだときのような。
藍が手に入ればぜひやってみてください。
