“As soon as soil can be worked” I found this on the seeds package. But when exactly??
It’s hard to know for someone who never experienced the spring in the area.
Also I know there are many theories and tips for sowing and they are complicated.
But one thing for sure is, to make an omelet, you have to break some eggs!
I planted carrots, kale, lettuce, daikon, spinach, beets, and some herbs.
Dan is helping me expanding my garden:)
種蒔きの方法や時期、いろいろなセオリーや知恵があるし、それぞれにいろーんなことを考慮しないといけないのもわかってるんだけど…
考えててもわからないし、ひとつだけ確かなのは、「オムレツを作りたかったら、卵を割らないといけない」ということ。
今日は、ニンジン、レタス、ケール、ダイコン、ほうれん草、ビーツ、それからハーブ類を蒔きました。
ハーブガーデンの方は、冬を越してくれたジャーマンカモミールを植え直し、さらに種も追加。
メインのガーデンの方も、ダンさんのおかげで着実に広がってます。去年の倍くらいになりそう！
