yuko's diary 9/6/26

Sunday.

I woke up slow and went to the garden.

Transplanted some more and watered it.

Hope it will grow big.

Then I washed clear boxes that I kept plants.

It was not too hot, and nice weather.

Dan was cooking chuck roast.

He sealed it and put it in the slow cooker with vegetables and spices.

With lots of herbs from garden.

Thyme, sage, rosemary, and celery leaves.

After went to a grocery shopping, we got on the hammock.

It’s been more than a month.

I can’t believe that.

It’s so nice and fun.

We’ve been working little too hard recently.

While waiting for beef to finish, I cleaned the window.

South and East ones.

It will rain so I did it quickly.

Dan made tacos with beef.

With guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.

It’s simple and good.

Dan had a nap, but I couldn’t.

So I went out to work.

I recycled juice from pot roast and made it into soup.

With tomatoes and boiled potatoes.

It was really good.

We listened to the baseball and had a relax night.

Go ahead home run was exciting.

A good Sunday.

日曜日。

のんびり起きて、お庭へ。

植え替えの続きをしてから水やり。

育ってくれるといいな。

苗を入れていた衣装ケースと植木鉢を洗う。

暑くなく、いい天気で気持ちいい。

夫は牛塊肉の調理。

全面焼き色をつけてから、調味料と野菜と共にスロークッカーに入れる。

お庭のハーブも。

タイム、セージ、ローズマリー、セロリの葉。

買い出しに出た後、ひさしぶりのハンモックに揺られる。

火事もあって、ひと月以上しまったままだった。

ものすごく気持ちいい。

ここのところ夫は仕事に、わたしは勉強とトマトしごとにと、ふたりともがんばりすぎた。

おやすみもとっても大事。

お肉が出来上がる前に、窓の筋の続き。

今日は東と南の窓。

雨もこれから降るし、とりあえずざっと仕上げる。

お肉はまずタコスになった。

ワカモレとサルサ、サワークリームを入れて。

シンプルでおいしい。

夫はお昼寝。

わたしは眠れず、お庭の作業の続き。

お肉を煮込んだ後の汁がすごくおいしいので、リサイクルしてスープにする。

トマトを角切りにして入れる。さらにジャガイモを別で茹でたのも追加。

ビーフシチュー的な感じになってすごくおいしかった。

夜は野球中継を聞いてのんびりする。

逆転ホームランにはとっても盛り上がった。
