Friday.
Dan had a half day work.
I started a day with laundry.
And also did my workout in the morning.
Then I went out to the garden.
A big group of quail come to eat my overcrops.
I sow little more here and there.
They don’t come close to me if I’m in the garden.
I worked until 1 pm, and took shower.
The are of bee stung was red and swollen.
I iced there.
Dan came home with lots of remedy and cream.
We tried this method with baking soda.
And it worked.
Also this suction tool to remove the poison.
Then iced.
Dan also went to get this delicious bread from meat shop.
A real sour bread.
He made ham, and ate with tomato, pickles.

金曜日。
夫は半日仕事。
わたしは枕とシーツを洗濯。
朝のうちにワークアウトをしてしまう。
それからお庭へ。
ウズラが大群で来て、せっかく植えたカバークロップを掘り返してしまうので困っている。
まぁ、仕方ないけど。
追加であちこちに植えていった。
臆病なので、わたしがお庭にいる間は寄ってこない。遠くから警戒音を出している。
素手で土をいじるのは楽しい。
いろんな感覚と匂い。
でも途中からちゃんと手袋をした。
お昼過ぎにひと段落つけてシャワー。
ハチに刺されたところは赤く腫れて少し痛みを伴う痒み。
とりあえず冷やす。
夫がハチ刺され用のクリームをいくつも買って帰ってきた。

同僚に教えてもらった、重曹を水で溶いて、患部に塗り、乾いたら拭き取る、というのをやる。
これがなかなか良かった。
毒素を取り除いてくれるみたい。痒みが落ち着く。
あと、吸引するタイプのリムーバーも試したり、クリームを塗ったり、アイシングして過ごす。
夫は近所のお肉屋さんでたまに売ってるおいしいサワードーも買ってきてくれた。
ハムを焼いて、トマトをスライスしていただく。
うーん、すごいおいしい。

メッツは勝って、その後に見たテニスではジョコビッチが負けてしまった。
