Woke up 6, and watered the garden.
The sky was blue! Wow, that was nice. The smoke came back later, but still.
Pumpkins are really doing great.
Potatoes' sprouts are coming out too.
Dan watered his garden too.
We had toast, and coffee.
As we stayed up late last night, we both were tired.
I started working on the wall in the kitchen.
There, the finishing is really nice, so not tearing up, but taking apart carefully.
M came and worked on the plumbing.
It was humid, and hot.
After we had some light lunch, Dan took nap.
M came back so I worked with him.
Then we switched.
We got shower working, but not hot water.
When we were watching the show, the thunderstorm started.
It was much stronger than the rain we had few days back.
We took care of things quickly, and enjoyed the sounds of rain and the fresh air.
６じに起きてみずやり。
空がちゃんと青い！わー、ほっとするな。少ししたらまた煙たくなったけれど、それでも。
かぼちゃのいきおいがすごいし、じゃがいもも無事に芽が出てきてくれた。
夫もじぶんのところの水やりをしていた。
トーストとコーヒー。
昨日はおそくまで起きていたので眠いしつかれてる。
今日は台所の壁にひとりでとりかかった。
台所の壁は寝室とちがって、きれいな木が組んであるので、解体するというより、ていねいに外していく。
ちゃんと断熱材もはいっていた。
これはかなり最近の仕事。
Mが来て、また配管工事のつづきをしてくれていた。
蒸し暑い。
簡単にお昼をつまんだあと、夫は昼寝をしていた。
Mがもどってきたのでわたしがつきそう。
そのあと交代。
シャワーは使えるようになったけれど、お湯はでなさそう。
夜、アマゾンプライムでSFを見ていると、雷雨が。
どんどん強くなっていった。
あわててすこしものを移動して、あとはゆっくりしながら雨音と、澄んだ空気をたのしんだ。
土のにおいがあまい。
