Saturday.

It was raining whole day.

I did my workout in the morning, and had a relaxing day after that.

Last night we went to sleep after Ohtani hit the first pitch and was disappointed twice.

This morning, we found out that he did hit his 40th home run after that.

It was a grand slam walkaway home run. What a crazy way to get 40th.

We watched replays and interviews.

We went to get groceries.

It’s been a while since we did this.

We went two stores and got everything we need until next delivery.

Dan made ham, and we ate with potato and leftover ratatouille.

It tasted better than yesterday.

The rain makes me sleepy.

We took a good long nap.

When we sleep at night, we don’t cuddle up, but for nap, we do.

We woke up to the leaking fridge.

It’s time to defrost.

We transferred foods into a big cooler and turn off the fridge.

I scraped ice little by little.

This is kind of work I like.

It took me more than an hour, but I managed to clear the freezer, and clean the fridge.

This fridge was here in this house when we bought it.

It might be from 70s, very old.

But still working fine and we love it.

We had salad for dinner.

The rain finally stopped at night.

But now it was so cold.

In the 40s.

I had to wear one more layer.

土曜日。

しっかりした雨の日。

朝のうちからワークアウトして、後はのんびりした。

昨日のドジャースの試合、大谷選手は盗塁した後、ゴロ2本で、もう7回とかだったし、眠かったし、今日はもういいやと寝たのだった。

今朝、夫が、昨日あの後40本目打ったらしいよ！と教えてくれた。

しかも満塁サヨナラホームランって。

なんだそれ、すごすぎない？

夫とリプレイを見て楽しむ。

午前中に買い出し。

しっかり買い出しするのは久しぶり。

2軒回って、次の配達まで間に合うように買い込んだ。

夫がハムを焼いてくれて、残りのラタトゥイユを温めて食べる。

味が染み込んでいておいしい。

雨の日はどうも眠くなる。

しっかりお昼寝。

夜寝る時は寝返りのたびに離れていくけど、お昼寝の時はひっついたまま寝ていることが多い。

起きたら、冷蔵庫の下から水が漏れていた。

ああ、これは霜取りしなさいということだな。

でかいクーラーボックスに買ったばかりの食品を移して、電源を切り、取れそうな塊から出していく。

冷凍庫の氷は比較的簡単にとれた。

かき氷みたいだから、かき氷いかがですか？と言いながらやっていた。

冷蔵庫の方は、部品に絡み付いた氷がなかなか取れない。

無理にも取れないので、しばし待ってから取った。

きれいに拭いて、元通りに戻す。

定期的にやらないといけないかな。

この冷蔵庫はここの家にあったもので、もしかしたら70年代のものかもというくらい古い。

使える限り使いたいと思っている。

夜ご飯はサラダで簡単に。

雨は夕方にようやく上がったけれど、今度は寒いくらい。

レギンスを1枚追加した。

10度？8度くらいまで下がったかもしれない。
