Woke up before 8. We decided to go to run first.
It was so fresh after a big rain storm.
I did 3 raps and Dan did 4.
Today, I was supposed to help Dan, but he was so grouchy, I couldn't.
A wall between bedroom and kitchen which is supporting the chimney was in terrible condition.
He was tearing it down.
The dust was crazy, and we were afraid it contains asbestos which we don't know for sure.
So all of this made him mad.
After cleaning up everything, we went to the recycle center.
Then heated up soup, cooked ham, and had lunch.
After that, we had quiet day.
It's getting cold in the night.
８時前に起きた。すぐに走りに行くことにする。
雨上がりで空気が新鮮！
野生のセージの香りがしている。
夫は４周、わたしは３周した。
今日は夫の手伝いをするはずだったけど、機嫌がわるいので、別のことをしていた。
ベッドルームとキッチンの間の壁の、煙突を支えている方が、長年の雨漏りでかなりひどい状態になっていた。
夫はそれを剥がしていたのだけど、カビと、（あるかわからないけど）アスベスト、それから単にほこりもすごくて、
すごくいらいらしていた。
なんとか片付けてから、リサイクルセンターへいって、帰ってからスープをあたため、ハムも焼く。
食べるとほっとする。
そのあとはのんびりして過ごした。
急に寒くなってきたので、湯たんぽも導入。
