Woke up 6?
I went out to water the plants, it was cool, almost chilly.
It was raining a bit, too.
So I thought it was good timing to transplant cucumbers. I found this old trellis under the porch. I don’t know it’s for cucumber or not, but decided to use it anyway.
Took it easy in the morning, and went to Omark to buy things for the house at HomeDepo.
M came to help us, and we had to choose many things at once.
Windows, kitchen counter, cabinets, sink, faucets, water heater, toilet.... Then we were out of time. Also it made me dizzy.
Loaded everything on M’s truck, and went back home.
M came again to pick us up. They had a party at a winery where one of family works. It was beautiful and quiet. The party was almost over when we arrived, but we could eat pizzas and wine.
We were so tired when we finally back home.
６時ごろ起きた？
水やりに出たけど、曇っていて肌寒いくらい。
と思っていたら雨もぱらっと降った。
これはチャンスかもと思って、きゅうりの苗を植える。小さな本葉がひょろりと生えたばかりだけど、意外としっかりしてた。ポーチの下に転がってた、支えを使う。何用かわからないけれど、円が大小３つくっついたものを２つ見つけた。
午前中はゆっくりして、午後に隣町のオマークへ。
ホームセンターで改装に必要なものを買いに。
途中の道で久しぶりのしっかりした雨。気持ちよかった。
Mが来るまでにふたりでいろいろチェックして、合流してからは怒涛のスピードで決めて行った。
窓、キッチンシンク、カウンター、キャビネット、蛇口、温水器、トイレ、ここまでで時間切れ。
すごい頭が疲れた。
Mのトラックに積み込んで、家に戻る。４時ごろ？３時間くらいホームセンターにいた。
Mがまた迎えに来てくれて、今日はワイナリーでの一族のパーティがあるからと連れて行ってくれた。１時間くらい南に行ったところ。静かできれいな川のほとりだった。
ついた頃にはパーティも終盤で、残ったピザとワインをいただく。
シャルドネも買った。
家に戻ったらもうくたくた。長い一日だった。
