Woke up 5:30 and watered the garden.
I felt much better than yesterday.
The heatwave supposed to end today. 108.
My temperature went up, but only little bit.
The pain of throat is getting worse.
I gargled with salty water.
Dan heat up canned soup for me.
It’s not fun when you struggle to swallow.
I had almost no fever by evening.
Wish it’ll be over.
It was synced to the heat wave.
５時半におきて水やり。
昨日よりはましな体調。
今日でいちおう熱波は終了のはず。４２度。
熱は上がったけれど、微熱程度。
喉の痛みの方が気になる。
塩水でうがいしてみたりする。
夕方に缶詰のキノコスープを温めてもらって恐る恐る食べた。
飲み込むのがつらいのは大変だな。
夕方までにはほぼ平熱に。
このまま終わるかな。
ほんとうに、熱波とシンクロしたみたいだった。
