yuko's diary 7/28/26

Tuesday.

I went for work.

It was a full schedule day and no cancellation.

No trouble.

We did all of them.

A radiology tech gave me a jar of honey.

She bought it at some market.

“Thank you for your garlic” she said.

I studied whole day in between work.

I finished my note.

This makes it one and half note book as I used the leftover from IV study.

I went out to get new notebook in the afternoon.

Worked until little after 4, and walked home.

It was hot and smoky again, but still better than last week.

My new shoes came.

I loved those pair that we found at barter fare, and I’ve worn them at work ever since.

But they finally worn out.

New ones are somehow bigger although I ordered the same size.

Hm.

When I got home, I rested for while.

I ate red cabbage salad, and didn’t want to do anything else so I ate an apple.

Managed to do my workout.

Then went out to water the garden.

Watering helps me coming back to my place.

I picked the first tomato of the year.

Volunteered, bright yellow tomato, named “Native sun”, if I remember correctly.

Also picked some strawberries.

My fake strawberries are working.

While listening to baseball game, I studied more.

Then went to bed around 10.

火曜日。

今日は仕事へ。

朝からしっかり予定が詰まっていて、しかもキャンセルがひとつもなかった。

機械トラブルもなくて、全てちゃんとこなせた。

放射線科の技師さんが、ハチミツの瓶をくれた。

自家製ではないけれど、どこかのマーケットで買ったそう。

ニンニクのお礼だって。

ちょっとずつしかなかったのに。でもうれしい。

来年はもっと育てて配るぞ。

合間にはひたすら勉強。

ノートを使い切る、これで一冊半。

半というのは、IVの勉強の残りを使ったから。

午後に少し時間ができたので買いに出た。

4時過ぎまで仕事をして、歩いて帰る。

今日も暑いし煙いけれど、先週よりだいぶ楽だ。

家に着いたらしばらく横になった。

夜ごはんは紫キャベツのナムル。

他に何もする気にならなくて、リンゴをかじる。

新しい靴が届いていた。

仕事で履く、ハイトップの歩きやすいスニーカー。

2年前にバーターフェアで無料でもらってきたスニーカーがとてもよくて、同じブランドのものを注文した。

eccoというデンマークのもの。

同じサイズを頼んだけれど、今回のは少し大きい気がする。明日の朝試してみよう。

ワークアウトをなんとかこなして、外へ。

水やりをしていると、じんわり回復してくる。

今年初めてのトマトをふたつ収穫。

こぼれ種で育った、明るい黄色のトマト。

確かNative Sun という種類。

イチゴもいくつか収穫。偽イチゴ、効いているかもしれない。

野球中継を聴きながら、勉強の続き。

10時ごろまでやって、おふとんに入った。
