yuko's diary 7/21/26

Tuesday.

I went for work.

My colleague had to drive around because of the fire.

I heard that one whole town is evacuated. Oh no.

It was almost full scheduled day.

Things happened but we managed through.

A patient mistook my name as Yuki, and colleague tried to fix by saying “YUKO is going to do an IV” but didn’t work. Haha

No reading, but studying.

Today was about contrast material.

It was hard.

After finished it, I enjoyed puzzle little bit.

I was done little after 4, and stopped at co-op.

Bumped into our friend.

He might need an MRI.

It was so hot today, 96.

It will be hot everyday this week.

Phew.

I had to rest while after I got to home.

Then ate red cabbage salad.

I wasn’t that hungry.

I put AC on and did my workout.

Went to outside to water before 7.

The red sun over smokey sky.

The moon was also red.

Took bath and it was already late.

When Dan came home, we chatted for while.

火曜日。

今日は仕事。

山火事で、同僚は回り道を余儀なくされたとのこと。

町ひとつ、丸ごと避難していると聞いて心配している。

朝から予定の詰まった日。

いろいろありつつもスムーズに進んだ。

患者さんがわたしの名前をユキと思い込んでしまって、同僚が「ユウコ、が、IVルート確保します」と強調しても直らなくておかしかった。

しばらく読書はお預けで、仕事中も勉強。

今日の分は造影剤についてのもので、なかなか手強かった。

ふう。

終わってから午後に少しパズル。

4時過ぎにあがって、コープに寄って帰る。

知り合いとばったり会う。

MRI受けにいくかもとのこと。

今日はしっかり暑い。

週末まで毎日暑い。

家に着いてしばらく休んでから、紫キャベツのナムルで晩ごはん。

あんまりお腹が空いていない。

クーラーを入れてワークアウト。

それから少し休んで、7時前に外へ。

まだ暑いけれど、煙で太陽のきつさは軽減されている。

煙越しの太陽はピンク寄りの赤で不穏な感じ。

少し後に出てきた月も赤かった。

お風呂に入って、出たらもう遅い。

夫が帰宅して少しおしゃべりした。
