Sunday.

I woke up 5 and watered the garden.

Started rye bread, and sourdough.

As Dan leaves early now, I started cooking lunch right after breakfast.

Using my garlic, onion, carrots, I made pasta sauce.

With celery, store bought red sauce, and soy meat.

It was easy and good.

We ate it with lots of basil.

After Dan left for work, I did two loads of laundry.

The apple cider vinegar I started at the end of June was already sour.

Wow.

I packed in the glass bottle and will keep it in the fridge.

While baking bread, I did thing on the to-do list one by one.

I cleaned the fan and fridge.

Opened my Insta account.

Then started online course for testing in fall.

Today’s webinar was about how to deal with challenging patient.

It was better than I thought.

I leaned several things.

As I took notes thoroughly, my hand hurt.

I ate leftover for dinner.

Did my workout, and shaved my head, and took bath.

I wanted to go back to outside, but it was dark already.

So I read my book.

The second to last chapter tells me why they translated this book now.

Wow.

I tried to remember what was like when the original came out.

When Dan came home, I told him that the lecturer told us to watch this movie, and he said that he was just thinking about it today. Oh wow.

We have to watch it now.

日曜日。

5時に起きて水やり。

ライ麦パン、サワードウを仕込む。

夫の出勤時間が早くなったので、朝ごはんの後すぐお昼ごはんに取り掛かる。

お庭のタマネギ、ニンニク、ニンジンをつかって、パスタソースをつくる。

セロリも足してしっかり炒め、市販のソースと大豆ミートで煮詰める。

簡単でおいしい。

バジルをたっぷりかけて食べた。

夫を見送って洗濯2回。

6月の終わりに仕込んだリンゴ酢が、ちゃんとお酢になっている！

早いし、うまくいってうれしい。

瓶に詰めて冷蔵庫へ。

パンを焼きながら、やろうと思っていたことをこなしていく日。

扇風機を解体して掃除。

冷蔵庫の掃除。

放置しているインスタを開ける。

それから秋に向けての勉強をスタートさせる。

今日の分は、『難しい』患者さんにどう対応するかというウェビナーで、なかなかよかった。

Difficult な患者さんではなく、Challenging と捉える、とか。ケア従事者のケアとか。

mitigation 状況緩和について知りたかったので、その面でも興味深かった。

ノートをしっかり取ったので、手が痛い。

お昼の残りで晩ごはんにして、ワークアウト。

刈り上げ部分だけ剃り直して、お風呂。

お庭にも出たかったけれど、もう真っ暗だ。

後は読書。

最後から2章目で、今これが翻訳された理由がわかってゾクゾクした。

原書が出た時点ではどんな感じだっけ、と思い出してみる。

夫が帰宅してしばらくおしゃべり。

ウェビナーで講師がおすすめしていた映画について話したら、今日ちょうどその映画のことを考えてたんだって。あらま。
