Day 1 at Tonasket.
Woke up at 6 am.
We started working immediately.
First, we tried to clean inside the old school house,
but it was too dusty so we cleaned outside.
Cut down weeds, and washed the porch.
Then we went to the post office to pick up mails, co-op, and Ace.
I received organic seeds! yay.
Back home, and cooked outside.
Dan roasted soy sausage and bell pepper, and made sandwiches.
After that, I did seeding, Dan was watering the property.
Matt(the one who helped everything with) came over and put the battery to the mobile home.
We went to his house for dinner: fried chicken, potato and sweet potato, Caesar salad.
Jin tonic.
Took shower, and back home.
We made a little fire.
It was beautiful.
Slept very well.
１日目。
６時に起きた。
すぐ動き出す。
まず小学校の中を掃除しようと思ったけれど、ホコリがすごくってあきらめる。
代わりに外を掃除した。草を引いて、デッキを水洗いした。
それから郵便局、コープ、ホームセンターへ。
郵便物の中に種も届いてた！イエイ！
かえって外で料理する。
夫が大豆ソーセージパプリカを炭で焼いてくれて、サンドイッチをつくった。
おいしい。
その後タネを植えて、夫は水やりをしていた。
夫の友達Mがきて、キャンピングカーのバッテリーを繋いでくれた。
これで電気が少し使える。
Mの家に行ってまた晩ご飯をよばれる。
フライドチキンとポテト。シーザーサラダ。
おばあさん自慢のジントニック。
シャワーも借りて帰る。
寝る前に少しだけ焚き火した。
すごくきれいだった。
とてもよく寝た。
