Thursday.
I woke up when Dan went to work.
Went outside, and started watering.
I watered a lot for trees too.
And I sow more beans and other seeds.
Cold weather vegetables didn’t work well this year.
Perennials and trees were happy.
Chicory was blooming everywhere.
They grew high, and it looks beautiful.
I sow more seeds inside, and that’s it for today.
Cleaned the room, and took bath.
I was so tiered, and didn’t feel right.
They said it’ll be raining, but I didn’t believe it.
Dan came home around 4.
He brought home many interesting food.
And made me snack: avocado, goat cheese on top of cracker.
I added pink salmon and mayo.
I cannot watch the upper house on live today.
I am thinking what I can do from here.
For some reason, we did research on population of each country.
USA is number 3, the top of population of migrant.
Japan is world NO.1 of average age and of loss of population within one year.
It suddenly got windy.
But no rain.
We made ramen and ate.
It made us hot and sweaty.
Then we fell asleep.
When I woke up before midnight, the storm was gone.
I tweeted that I don’t give up.
And went back to bed.

わたしはおやすみ。
夫が出るのに合わせて起きる。
まずは水やりを。
今日は木にもたっぷりと。
後半、豆の種まき。
春野菜のところも撒きなおす。
今年の春野菜はあまりうまく育たなかったな。
逆にとても元気だったのは多年草や木たち。
チコリの青い花がいっせいに咲いている。
なんとも装飾的な花のつき方でとても目立つ。
室内でも種を撒いて、今日はいったんここまで。
部屋の掃除をして、お風呂につかる。
ふー。
なんだか体がだるい。
曇ってきて、気圧が下がっているのかもしれない。
雨が降るという予報だったけれど、蒸し暑いだけで終わりそう。
夫は4時ごろ帰宅。
いろいろとおもしろい食品をもらってきてくれた。
クラッカーの上にゴートチーズとアボカドを載せたおやつをつくってくれる。
パウチに入ったピンクサーモンをマヨネーズと和えてそれも載せる。
参議院本会議はあまり見られなかった。
ここから、わたしになにができるのか考えている。
なんのきっかけだったか、夫と国別の人口の話になって、おもしろいサイトをみつけた。
アメリカは世界3位、上位2国とは桁違いで少ないけれど。
アメリカが世界1位なのは移民の数。2位のドイツの2倍に近い95万人。
日本が1位なのは、1年で減った人口の数（2位のウクライナより12万人多い）と、平均年齢の高さ。
アメリカより10歳上の48歳。
どちらもなっとく。
急に風が出てきたと思ったら、あっという間にものすごい嵐に。
それより雨が降って欲しいけれど。
夫とラーメンをつくって食べる。
ふたりとも、いつもよりぶわっと汗が出る、やっぱり気圧の様子がへんだ。
そのままばたんと倒れるように眠った。
真夜中ごろ起きたら嵐はぴたっと止んでいた。
「あきらめない」というツイートをしてから眠る。
不安、怒り、悲しみを、しっかり受け止めて、感じて、それからまたはじめる。
