Woke up 6, and packing and cleaned up the room and left around 7:40.
The openness is insane.
I feel something about me fundamentally changed.
You cannot see anything to the horizon and beyond.
And it continues several 100 km.
We stopped at this little town Hysham to take a bathroom break.
It was sunny and beautiful all the way.
Not hot, not cold.
We could see the Rocky Mountains and the snow and it scared us.
We knew that we don't need to climb up, but then also we knew we had to do some of it.
It turned out that we went through some up and downs right before Butte.
Camry was great! But driving in the mountain is tiresome.
We arrived at Missoula Montana around 3:30. Phew. That's as much as we can take.
One more day!!!!
６時に起きて片付け、パッキング。
７時４０分には出発した。
とにかく、なにもなさがすごい。
なんだか、じぶんの中の大きな部分が変わったように感じる。
地平線の向こうまで何もない、そんな景色がずーっと何百キロも続くのだからすごい。
ハイシャムかな？小さな小さな街に下りてトイレ休憩。
すごく晴れていて気持ちがいい。
暑くも寒くもない。
ロッキーマウンテンの雪が見えてくる、
え、あれ通らないよね？？とビビる。
富士山が連なってるみたい。
少しは山を通ると聞いてたけれど。
結局、半分行ったところで山道をしっかり通った。
急カーブではないけれど、高スピードでうねった道を行くのは結構疲れるなぁ。
カムリ、がんばった。
３時半にミズーラに着く。まだモンタナ！
はー、今日は疲れた。
そして、明日でついに到着！なのだけど、ネットがどうなるか。
