yuko's diary 6/30/26

Tuesday.

Went for work.

When I arrived, the machine was down.

We rebooted many times, but didn’t work.

We tried everything, and almost gave up, but when we were putting small parts in back, it came back to life. Wow.

It was crazy, but we didn’t have to cancel whole day.

I was so tired before lunch.

After lunch, I went for a walk.

I could read my book.

The book about cosmology.

I could enjoy it today.

I worked until 4:30 or so and walked home.

It was sunny but not too hot, and just nice weather.

Ate a quick dinner, and did my workout.

Then went outside to water the garden.

It got cloudy quick and cold wind started blowing.

I hope it’ll rain, but it didn’t.

Took bath, and read my book.

When Dan got home, we chatted for while with herb tea.

Although I was tired, I couldn’t fell asleep soon.

It started raining, but stop too soon.

火曜日。

仕事へ。

着いたら機械が動いていなかった。

何回も再起動してもダメで、患者さんを待たせたまま、あちこち連絡してあれこれする。

奥の方にあるパーツをなんとかねじ込んでいたら、それで直ったみたい。わお。

その後も調整にバタバタしたけれど、全部キャンセルにならなくてよかった。

長い間辛抱強く待ってくださった患者さんにも感謝。

朝からぐったりした。

お昼の後にさっと歩きに出る。

読書も合間に進める。

宇宙科学の本、今日はちょっと楽しめた。

4時半ごろまで仕事し、歩いて帰る。

晴れているけれど暑くはなくて、ちょうどいい。

あるものでさっと晩ごはん。

ワークアウトしてからお庭へ。

水やり。

急に曇ってきて、冷たい風が吹きはじめたので、雨かなと思ったけれど空振りだった。

半身浴、読書。

夫が帰宅してからハーブティーとおしゃべり。

お昼あんなに疲れていたのに、夜すぐに眠れなくて困った。

ざっと雨が降り出したけれど、すぐに止んでしまった。
