Friday.

It was a cloudy day.

I woke up slow and went for watering.

I also transplanted some seedlings: asparagus, basil, and indigo.

There is a garlic leaves left on the ground and the fruit was gone.

It could be gopher or voles.

No luck for garlic this year.

Dan mow the front yard and I cleaned the house.

And he made omelet for lunch.

He added my spinach in it.

We ate it with lettuce.

It was cloudy in the afternoon and almost chilly.

I took some break and went to the garden.

The rye bread is almost blooming and it was time to cut it back as I planted them for cover crop.

First I cut it down with scissors but it was too hard.

So I switched to just walk it over and it worked great.

How beautiful, those rye.

I will plant garlic here in fall.

Dan made diner too.

He cooked mahi mahi with corn meal and made roasted potato and salad.

Very good.

We watched more episodes.

This is really different from all those star wars.

The writing is good and acting is good.

We like it so far.

金曜日。

朝から曇り。

ゆっくり起きて水やり。

ついでに植え替えも済ます。アスパラガス、バジル、それと藍。

ニンニクの葉がポロッと落ちていると思ったら、何者かにかじられて実が全部なくなっていた。

ホリネズミか、野ネズミか。

ニンニク不運の年だなぁ。

夫が前庭の芝刈りをしてくれた。

わたしは台所の掃除。

朝昼兼用で夫がオムレツをつくってくれた。

お庭のホウレンソウ入り。

レタスを添えて。

午後も曇っていて寒いくらい。

少し休んでから、お庭へ。

カバークロップとして植えたライ麦が実をつけ始めたので、刈ってしまわないといけない。

最初の畝はハサミで切ったけれど、大変なので、次の畝は踏んで倒していった。

すごく簡単にできて呆気に取られる。

きれいに並んだ麦の、なんてきれいなこと。

このまま枯らして、秋にはここに次のニンニクを植える。

夜ごはんも夫がつくってくれた。

マヒマヒにコーンミールをまぶして焼いたもの、ローストポテト、スプラウトのサラダ。

どれもおいしい。

その後はシリーズの続きを見る。

どんどんおもしろくなってきて、他のスターウォーズ関連とは一線を画している。

今の社会への疑問を呼びかけるようなストーリー。

脚本も演技もいいし。

これは当たりだ。
