yuko's diary 5/23/26

Saturday.

I woke up 6 and watered the garden.

As I fed fish fertilizer, it took me long time.

I did laundry.

I started sourdough for the first time in a while.

I like how simple they are: flour, salt, and water.

Gophers keep eating my garlic.

We finally decided to use traps.

When we went to Ace to buy them, the town looked different.

It was founder’s day.

Part of road was closed and there were hoses and floats. Wow.

There were also some venders and we walked around little.

I didn’t know it’s this big of an event.

We had fish tacos for lunch.

I was full after one tacos.

We had a nap and relaxing afternoon.

I baked sourdough.

It got cloudy and cool in the evening and so we went out to the garden.

When we were on hammock, Saige came and tried to go in between us.

It was funny.

We watched two more episodes.

It’s getting close to the climax.

No life saver yet, and I like it.

It was a great weekend.

土曜日。

今日は6時に起きて水やり。

魚の肥料を果樹とニンニクに撒いたので、かなり時間がかかった。

洗濯。

ひさしぶりにサワードウを仕込む。

小麦粉と塩と水だけで、シンプルさが好き。

ホリネズミがニンニクを食べちゃうので、ついに罠を仕掛けようとなった。

夫とホームセンターへ出かける。

町の様子がいつもと違うなと思ったら、ファウンダーズ・デイ。

創始者の日、町の誕生日的なことだと思う。

道路が一部封鎖されていて、着飾って馬に乗っている人たちがいたり、パレードの準備が進んでいた。

出店が出ていたので、ちょっと見て回る。

こんな朝からしっかりやっているなんて知らなかった。

お昼はフィッシュタコス。

ひとつでお腹いっぱいになった。

お昼寝して起きてからものんびり。

サワードウを焼いた。

夕方、曇ってきて涼しくなったのでお庭へ。

ハンモックで揺られていたら、セージが来て、わたしと夫のハンモックの間に入ろうとしておかしかった。

夜、シリーズの続きを見る。

盛り上がってきて、クライマックスが近い。

元祖のスターウォーズとの関係性がいまいちわからないけれど（皇帝の名前は同じ）どうやって終わるのかな。

ライフセーバーが出てこないまま終わりそう。

のんびりやすんでいい週末だった。
