Woke up before 7.
It's finally the day the container is coming.
Dan was so nervous since last night.
As soon as he found a good spot to park,
he jumped out to get that.
I was getting ready to move by
changing the address for USCIS, bank, etc etc.
Around noon, they came and it was so easy.
The container looked much stronger and nicer.
Dan was so relieved.
We ate some quick lunch, brought the laundry to drop off,
then took a little nap.
We have three days to fill the container!
７時前に起きた。
ついに、コンテナが届く日。
夫は昨夜からずっと落ち着かなさそう。
まず、コンテナを置いてもらうスポットを確保しないと、と
ずっと外を気にしていて、
空いた瞬間に飛び出てった。
わたしは待ってる間に、移民局や日本の領事館、銀行などの住所変更手続きをする。
問題は在外選挙票。今回は投票できないかもしれないな。仕方ない。
お昼頃、あっさりとコンテナが届いた。
ドライバーのお兄ちゃんがとっても慣れてた、と夫。
写真で見るよりもしっかりした造りで、これなら安心だー。
夫も一気に落ち着いたみたい。
簡単にお昼を食べて、洗濯物をドロップオフサービスのところに持っていく。
それから少しのつもりでしっかりお昼寝。
月曜にコンテナを引き取りに来てくれるまで、３日！
