Woke up 8? For some reasons, we couldn't sleep well last night.
So we slept little late.
Dan took a day off for the packing.
There's this little space down the street where
you can bring anything/ took anything.
So I brought a lot of books today.
Three ladies were talking enthusiastically,
then one of them told me to put books in the particular box.
I was sweating, so took a brief break,
and went back there with more books, and tent, some beach stuff.
They were still there talking.
Two of them immediately took my stuff. I like this system.
We had grilled cheese, and had little nap,
each start working on the many little projects.
I fixed the fridge again. I guess something is fundamentally wrong...
We decided the itinerary roughly. If we go along with it, we'll be at Tonasket on 6th.
８時に起きた。
昨日はなかなか眠れなかったので、その分遅く起きた。
夫は休みをとって、パッキング。
隣の角に、みんなが要らないものを持っていって、
要るものをとっていける場所がある。
今日は夫の本をまずたくさん持っていった。
３人の女性が立ち話に花を咲かせていたので、ハローと言って
荷物を下ろしてたら、本はここに入れてねと声をかけてくれた。
管理していたのは若い女性だったけど、変わったのかな。
階段を上り下りしているだけでしっかり汗をかいたので少し休んで、
また今度は本と、古いテント、ビーチ用品とかを持っていくと、
まだおしゃべりしていたけど、さささっとわたしの持ってきたものを吟味して持っていった。
あはは、いいなこのシステム。
無駄がない。
お昼にグリルドチーズ。
ちょっとひと休み。
それから各々作業をする。
わたしはまた調子の悪い冷蔵庫を修理した。
たぶん根本的に何かが壊れているんだな。
旅の日程をだいたい決める。
この通りに行けば、６日に着くはずだけれど。
