Thursday.
I woke up when Dan went for work.
Coffee, toast
After doing laundry, I went outside.
It took me 2 hours.
I hanged laundry outside, and took a rest.
I had leftover salad with humus Dan bought for me.
I worked in the shade in the afternoon.
Took care of tomatoes, peppers.
I hope they will come back soon.
Birds are happy to play with the sprinkler.
Robbin, mourning dove, and quails.
As I grow up in city, I was surprised that there’s no pigeons in upstate NY.
We don’t have pigeons here, but seagulls come sometimes.
Dan came home 4:30.
It was nice outside, so we stayed out.
The creek was low few days, and now back.
We grilled more asparagus and ate with bread and other greens.
We talked a lot.
木曜日。
夫の仕事にあわせて起きる。
コーヒー、トースト。
洗濯機を回してから外へ。
また暑くなるみたいなので、今日はしっかり水やりを。
やっぱりきっちり2時間かかった。
洗濯物を外に干して、いっぷく。
昨日の残りのサラダに、夫が買ってきてくれたフムスをかけて食べた。
お昼からは日差しがきついので日陰でできることをする。
へたってしまったペッパーやトマトの苗のお世話を。
もう回復しないであろう葉っぱを取ったり、プランターに植えたものと入れ替えたり。
元気になってくれるといいな。
スプリンクラーを回していると、鳥が水浴びにくるのがかわいい。
気持ちよさそう。
ロビン（アメリカンコマツグミ）や、ナゲキバト、ウズラたち。
都市部で育ったので、はじめに住んだNYの郊外で、あの灰色のハトがいないということにびっくりしたのを覚えている。
ここは海から離れているけれど、カモメもたまにくる。
夫は4時半ごろ帰宅。
外が気持ちいいので、お庭ですごす。
小川はいったん落ち着いた流れがまた戻ってきている。
残りのアスパラガスを焼いて、またいろいろ盛り合わせみたいにして食べた。
夜もいろいろおしゃべりしたりしてから寝た。
