Woke up 8? Felt much better. No fever.
I had my monthly counseling.
It was a crazy one month.
I'm glad that I write this diary.
Then Dan made us guacamole.
We watched movie and had a short nap.
When he woke up, he thought he's sleeping under an apple tree.
Packing and cleaning, and resting.
It was a nice day off together.
８時ごろ起きたかな。
熱は下がっていた。
今日は月イチのカウンセリングの日。
まぁ、ほんといろいろあった。
この日記をつけていてよかったとあらためて思った。
夫がつくってくれたワカモレとコーンチップスを食べる。
映画を見てお昼寝。
起きたら、りんごの木の下で寝てたと思った、と夫。
掃除と夫の断捨離と荷造りは続く。
わたしは無理せずゆっくり。
なかなか有意義な休みだった。
今週は体のケアをたくさんやったなぁ。
