Wednesday.

I went for work.

It was a busy day.

It’s been a while since last time we had two busy days in row.

The first patient of the afternoon came one hour early.

Then we had ER add-on.

My colleague asked me if I want to eat first, but I said let’s do it.

It turned out there was a bog founding, so I was glad that I said that.

I ate my lunch around 2, and went for a quick walk.

Despite the schedule and also I had to study for IV, I also started my new book.

“The Vegetarian” by Han Kang.

All those translated book has similar taste which is almost like politeness.

It often lacks of style, but if the story is good, I usually have no problem.

This book started off quick.

I want to eat seaweed soup.

We did some more scan and got out at 4.

My colleague gave me a ride.

I went straight to garden to water.

Then ate leftover soup.

I added kimchi and egg.

After dinner, I went back to outside.

I did some weeding.

The Asian pear trees are blooming beautifully.

Apricot is already done.

Now it’s peach, almond, quince, muscari, and tulip.

I had half asleep when Dan came home.

水曜日。

今日も仕事へ。

朝からしっかり予定の詰まった日。

二日続けて忙しいのはひさしぶり。

午後イチの患者さんが1時間前に来て、お昼休みが遅れたと思っていたら、ERの追加。

同僚が「先に休憩する？」と聞いてくれたけれど、やってしまうことにした。

結果、重要なスキャンになったので、休憩しなくて良かった。

2時ごろお昼ごはんを食べて、さっと歩きに出る。

IVの勉強をしたり、忙しかったけれど、新しい本も開いた。

出足から怖い感じ。

翻訳独特の行儀の良さというのか、文体におもしろさをあまり求められない感じを乗り越えたらすぐに入っていけた。

ワカメスープ食べたい。

その後もスキャンをこなして、4時に終わり。

同僚が家まで送ってくれた。

そのまま、靴だけ履き替えてお庭の水やりをする。

ワンタンスープの残りでさっと晩ごはん。

キムチを足して、卵を割り入れたらチゲみたいでとてもおいしかった。

食後また外へ出て草引き。

梨の花が一気に開いていた。

こんなに早く咲くものだっけ？

アプリコットはもう散って、今は桃、カリン、アーモンド、ムスカリ、チューリップが満開。

夫が帰ってくる頃には半分寝ていた。

明日は早起きだ。
