Friday.
Dan is off work.
Coffee, and Hawaiian bread.
It was raining. A real rain.
So I changed and worked in the sun house.
I potted up tomatoes.
Then moved some seedlings out in the sun box.
After kept there for few days, I will transplant out in the garden.
Dan asked me to play a catch.
So we did in the light rain.
It is a good exercise, specially for my shoulder.
We were tired of cooking and went to get lunch at co-op.
I got lemon chicken soup, and Dan got sandwiches.
I was supposed to go to ceramic studio, but we changed it to 5pm.
I packed my pieces to bring, and we had a nap.
At 5pm, we went there and I loaded the kiln and put the switch on.
Concetta was busy painting the house, so I did by myself.
It didn’t work for the first try, and she didn’t answer my calls,
so I googled and watched YouTube video.
It worked then.
Back home, there was a woman walking in the creek.
I asked if she needs help.
She was looking for her son’s ball.
Her name is Meadow, living the other side of creek.
Dan made carbonara, and we watched baseball game.
He went to sleep quickly, but I stayed awake for a while.
I saw a full bright moon from kitchen window.
金曜日。
夫は休み。
コーヒー、夫がもらってきたハワイのパン。
ふわふわでほんのりあまい。
外は雨。
それもちゃんとした雨で、しばらくやまなさそう。
着替えて、サンハウスでトマトの鉢上げ。
昨日からタマネギを外のサンボックスに移動した。
ハーブも少し移動してみる。
そこで数日慣らした後、外へ植え替えるつもり。
夫がいきなりキャッチボールしようと言い出して、小雨の降る中すこしやる。
肩を思い切り使うのでなかなか気持ちがいい。
元野球少年の夫は手加減しながら投げてくれる。
きれいなカーブに一度だけ成功した。
お昼はめんどくさかったので、コープで買ってくる。
わたしはレモンチキンスープ。
夫はジェノベーゼのサンドイッチ。
2時にコンチェッタのスタジオに素焼きをしにいくことになっていたけれど変更になる。
5時に、ということになった。
作品を段ボールに詰めて、持っていく準備してからお昼寝。
5時に行って、窯詰めし、スイッチを入れる。
コンチェッタは新居の壁塗りに帰っていったので、ひとりでやる。
最初スイッチがうまく入らなく、コンチェッタも電話にでなかったので、
Youtubeを見ながらやるとうまくできた。こういうとき便利だな。
家に戻ると、小川に人がいる。
声をかけると、息子が飛ばしたボールをひろいにきた向かい側の人らしい。
Meadow（牧草地とか草原という意味）という名前のほっそりした女性。
無事に見つかったみたいでよかった。
夜は夫がカルボナーラをつくってくれて、野球を少し見る。
夫は早く寝たけれど、わたしはなかなか寝付けず。
夜中起きたら南の窓の真前に満月が。とても明るかった。
