Sunday.

It was cloudy, and windy.

I did laundry of bath towels.

I started sourdough with whole grain flour.

What if I make shokupan with this flour? Next time.

I transplanted some more herbs and did some weeding.

Lots of trees are blooming and so is muskari.

Apricot flowers are already passing the peak.

We went for the run around noon.

It was hard to run against wind.

But I did 1 mile.

We played basketball and walked back to home.

Dan made bacon egg.

We also had carrots sticks.

The dough was already rose enough, so I bake it.

It was too soft and so I put in the mold.

I worked outside again.

The sky was gray and looked like right before rain.

It was perfect weather for transplanting.

I made pasta sauce with lots of vegetable and chicken sausage.

It was sweet and good.

My workout was legs.

I was so tired, I couldn’t believe how tired I was.

We watched basketball, I read my book, and watched Saturday Night Live.

Jack Black was hosting it.

He is bigger, and still good singer.

日曜日。

今日は雲が出ていて風が強い。

バスタオルの洗濯から。

全粒粉のサワードウを仕込む。

全粒粉で食パンにしてみたらどうかなと思いついたけれど、材料を混ぜた後で、ちょっと遅かった。

今度やってみる。

今日も苗を植えたり、草引き。

だいぶ草木の芽が出てきて、ムスカリも咲いている。

アプリコットは今日の風で散り始めた。

お昼に走りに行く。

案の定、風に向かって走るのがつらいけど、なんとか1マイル走り終える。

バスケもして、歩いて帰宅。

お昼はベーコンエッグ。

ニンジンをスティック状に切って、コチュジャンをつけて食べた。

アメリカのニンジンは丸かじりにとても向いている。

癖がなく、甘いからかな。

サワードウはしっかり膨らんだので、もう焼いてしまう。

やっぱりダラーっとした生地なので、型に入れて焼き上げた。

また外へ。

雨が降る直前みたいな天気。

ハーブの植え替えにぴったり。

夜ご飯はパスタ。

ニンニク、タマネギ、セロリ、ニンジンをチキンソーセージと炒めて、市販のトマト系パスタソースで煮込む。

不思議と甘みが出ておいしかった。

ワークアウトは脚！

疲れた脚にすごくきつかった。

野球を見たり、読書をしたり。

サタデーナイトライブにジャック·ブラックが出ていた。

彼の両親がこの町に住んでいるという噂は、どうも本当らしい。

昔より太ったな。そしてやっぱり歌が上手い。
