Saturday.

It wasn’t raining, but no sun.

Coffee, banana.

I waited to warm up, and went outside.

I worked on rows.

There were more and more earthworms and I am so happy to see them.

Dan was trying to start the mower.

He used the cable and his car.

I never done that, but it looks simple.

We had leftover for lunch, and went to the park to play basketball.

There were so many cars, but no one was playing basketball.

A group of little kids and their parents were having birthday party.

We only played 30 minutes.

Back home, we were resting and Dan said that he wants pasta.

I though it’d be a great sauce if I put the rest of stew to the pasta sauce.

But then I found that there’s only little in the pot.

So I moved the stew to the pan, and just added tomato paste to it.

It ended up very good tomato sauce.

It was still 5 and not too cold.

So I went out and worked little more in the row.

Saige came and sat by my side.

Sometime she acts like she’s guarding me.

Well not only me but Debby, Faith and little old dog Daisy.

She cares about female.

Haskup had a little yellow flower.

So cute.

I don’t know if they would be fruits, but anyway, nice to see them flowering.

Soon, it will be flower everywhere.

As we had dinner too early, I got hungry by 8.

But then, when we went to bed around 9:30, my stomach felt heavy.

I need to eat early to sleep early.

土曜日。

今日は雨ではないけれど、太陽もあまりでなさそう。

コーヒー、バナナ。

気温が上がるのを待って外へ。

畝の整理に取り掛かる。

地面が濡れていてやりにくいかなと思ったけれど、意外と大丈夫だった。

地道に進める。

ミミズに遭遇する確率がかなり上がっていてうれしい。

もっと増えるといいな。

夫は芝刈り機を久しぶりに動かそうと奮闘していた。

バッテリーが上がっているので、車を使ってスタートさせる。

わたしはこれやったことないけれど、聞いてみたら意外と簡単そうだった。

しばらくエンジンを動かしてバッテリーを充電させる。

お昼は昨日の残りをそれぞれ食べた。

しばらく休んでから、2時ごろ公園へ。

車がずらっと並んでいたけれど、誰もバスケはしてないな、と思ったら、小さい子の誕生日会をしているみたい。

今日は疲れていて30分ほど。

帰宅後、のんびりして、夜はどうしようかなと思っていたら、夫がパスタが食べたいなという。

あー、残りのビーフシチューをトマトソースに足したらおいしそう。

鍋を確認すると、もう本当に後少しだったので、全部フライパンに移して、そこにトマトペーストを足していくことに。

濃厚なデミグラスソースみたいなパスタソースができて満足。シチューも食べ切ったし。

5時ごろ、外はまだまだ明るい。

そんなに寒くもないので、畝の続きをしていたら、セージが寄ってきて、近くに座っていてくれた。

セージなりに、ガードしているつもりなのだなと思える場面がよくある。

お隣のデビィ、フェイスにはよくつきそってるし、小さなお婆さん犬のデイジーがフラフラ歩くのも横で見守っている。

考えてみれば女性ばかりだけど。

ハスカップに黄色い繊細な花がついている。

実をつけるかはわからないけれど、とてもうれしかった。

そろそろ一気に花が咲く。

夕食が早すぎで、8時ごろさすがに小腹が空いた。

残りのパスタや色々をつまむ。

そうすると9時半ごろ寝ようとしたらお腹が重たいのに気づいた。

だから仕事で夕食が遅いと、寝るのが遅くなるんだなと思う。
