Thursday.

It’s a busy day.

I started two rye bread, and two shokupan.

As I use the same mold, I need to consider the time of proof.

I went out to water the garden.

Then set up the sprinkler.

It’s a sunny day.

I did laundry.

Dan made us pasta salad.

I harvested lettuce, spinach, and asparagus for that.

After he left for work, I baked rye bread, and sow tomato seeds.

I decided to germinate them outside.

It’ll be much lighter, but I need to watch the temperature.

I did one more laundry.

I baked granola, and started tomorrow’s bread.

Then baked shokupan.

It takes times to start the starter, but after that, it’s easy.

After quick dinner, I went out to garden to weed.

Saige came and asked me to pat.

She doesn’t like me pulling winter fur.

I did my workout and packed bread.

Then took bath.

I read little bit before bed.

木曜日。

今日は忙しい。

朝からライ麦パン2斤と、食パン2斤を仕込む。

同じ型を使うので、発酵の具合がうまくずれるように工夫が必要。

お庭へ出て水やり。

スプリンクラーを設置する。

今日もいい天気。

洗濯を回す。

夫がパスタサラダを作ってくれた。

お庭のレタス、ホウレンソウ、アスパラガスも投入。

とてもおいしい。

夫を見送って、ライ麦パンを焼きながら、トマトの種植え。

迷ったけれど、これもウィンターソウイングにすることにした。

外の方が明るいし。

ただ、気温に注意が必要。

洗濯をもう一回。

グラノーラを焼いて、明日の分の仕込みに取り掛かる。

その後で食パンを焼く。

種の仕込みに時間がかかるので、忘れそうになるけれど、それさえできれば後は簡単。

夜ごはんをさっと食べて、全部焼き上がったところでお庭へ。

草引き。

セージがやってきて、ここを撫でろ、今度はこっち、と催促してくる。

太ももの冬毛を抜いたら嫌がられた。

ワークアウトして、焼けたパンを仮包み。

それからお風呂。

もう遅かったけれど、少しだけ本を読んだ。
