Saturday.

It was cold in the morning, but sunny day again.

I started shokupan and rye bread.

I went out to mow some more.

Then weedwacking.

Muskari and tulip are both done at this point.

I made cod for lunch.

With recycled potato salad and broccoli.

I went back to outside for some more work.

Those places the mower couldn’t go needs to be cleared.

It got warm, and sun was strong.

I moved in the shade and potted up peppers.

They are tiny, can’t believe that they will grow like small trees.

I made fish burrito for dinner.

We already had everything we needed, it was easy.

Then we went for a walk.

The sunset is past 8 now.

We checked the community center, and they were getting ready to have a “trashion” show.

A fashion show sponsored by recycle center.

We walked to the park and went home.

Not hot, not cold, it was perfect.

We watched baseball and some interviews.

We went to bed early.

土曜日。

今日も朝は寒いけれどいい天気。

食パンとライ麦パンを仕込む。

お庭に出て、芝刈りの仕上げをし、小型の草刈機で家の周りや木の根本も刈る。

ちょうどこのタイミングで、ムスカリもチューリップも枯れた。

お昼は鯛をソテーしたもの、昨日のポテトをリサイクルしたサラダ、ブロッコリー。

午後もお庭に出て、草刈機が届かなかったエッジを整えていく。

気温が上がって、陽射しの下では暑いくらい。

日陰に移動して、ペッパー類の鉢上げ。

なかなか育つのがゆっくりで、毎年少し心配になる。

夏には、木質化して身をつけるはず。

早めの夜ごはんは、フィッシュブリトー。

材料が全て揃っていたので、簡単にできた。

食後に散歩に出る。

もう日が伸びて、日の入りは8時を過ぎた。

コミュニティセンターに寄ると、リサイクルセンター主催のファッションショーの準備が進んでいた。

「ゴミ」を素材にした衣服のショー。

公園によって、閉まる直前のスーパーをさっとチェックして帰る。

暑くも寒くもなく、とても気持ちいい。

その後は野球のハイライトやインタビューを見て過ごす。

早めにおふとんに入った。
