Thursday.
I texted my friend in Japan whose birthday is same as mine.
I made form milk and put on our mad coffee, but that was not really good idea.
Dan left for work.
I started from laundry.
This suits that I wore at my graduation from grad school was still fit and not bad design.
So I tried to wash them.
Now I can see many parts are damaged by age, and so I might wear only jacket.
I did other laundry too.
It was sunny, but it’s still freeze in the morning.
The asparagus was damaged by freeze.
I transplanted onion seedlings.
Last few years, I’ve been struggling to grow from seeds.
I got few good ones and so hopefully this will work.
It took me until 1pm.
I ate carbonara that Dan packed for his lunch but forgot to bring it with him.
Then I started cooking for dinner.
Miso soup with lots of vegetable, and sautéed kale, and rice.
While I was waiting for chicken to thaw, Dan came home.
He was hungry and so I quickly cooked chicken with garlic.
We took break, and Dan washed his car.
I helped him little bit.
When the sun going down over the mountain, it got cold so quickly.
The sun is so powerful.
We chatted for a while and went to bed later than usual.
But little after 10.
木曜日。
早朝、日本ではもうほぼ誕生日なので、同じ誕生日の友達とライン。
さっそくフォームミルクをつくっていつものコーヒーの上に乗せてみたけど、このマッドコーヒーとはあまり相性がよくない。ふむ。
夫は仕事へ。
わたしは洗濯から。
院の卒業式の時に来たパンツスーツを引っ張り出してきてみると、デザイン的にもサイズも着れそうだったので洗ってみることに。
でも洗うとやっぱり布が擦れて傷んでいる部分も見えてきた。そらそうか、古いものね。
上だけジャケットとして着ようかなと思う。
他のものも洗濯して、少し外にも干す。
とてもいい天気だけど、やっぱり朝晩は0度を少し超えるくらい。
昨日は冷え込んで、ようやく出てきたアスパラガスはぐにゃりと曲がってしまった。
やっぱり収穫は来年からかな。
今日はタマネギの植え替え。
この数年種から育てては失敗して、ほぼ諦めかけているけれど、今年一番元気な苗を植えてみた。
一部は鉢上げしてもう少し大きくしてから植え替えるつもり。
水やりしてひと段落。
しっかりお昼過ぎまでかかった。
夫が昨日の残りのカルボナーラをお弁当に詰めたのに忘れて行ったので、それでお昼ご飯。
そのままご飯作り。
昨日食材が届いたので新鮮でうれしい。
タマネギ、ニンジン、ジャガイモのお味噌汁、ケールを炒めて、ご飯を炊いた。
鶏もも肉は解凍がまだできなくて、待っている間に夫が帰宅。
お腹が空いていたので、慌ててニンニクで焼く。
どれもおいしくできた。
一服して休んでから夫は洗車。
まだまだ外は明るい。
中も綺麗に掃除機をかけて念入りにやっている。
わたしも乾拭きを手伝った。
7時過ぎ、太陽が山の向こうに沈むとき、急にさーっと冷え込む。
うわぁ。
太陽ってすごい。
夜、おしゃべりして少し夜更かし、それでも10時過ぎにはお布団に入った。
