Tuesday. Workday.
I packed curry and rice for my bento.
It was raining, but stopped before I left.
It was the busiest day ever.
Our schedule was packed, and then we had to do 2 ER.
We managed to make 1 of them for tomorrow.
But will have no lunch break
We worked hard whole day, and found a spot to eat our lunch.
Although it was busy, I still could read some book.
I didn’t feel like reading in the morning, but did it in the afternoon.
We hugged when we finished a day.
Now it’s time for cold beer, Robin said.
Yes, we deserve beer today.
Dan came to pick me up.
We bought burritos for dinner.
Ate with cold beer while watching baseball.
There were so many dogs in the stadium, Robin told me today was International Pet Day.
The outside light was insane.
East side was covered with black cloud, and still the sun was out from West.
It was so strong, and made it dramatic.
We walked to the mailbox, and walking around the garden.
We both talked about our work.
We both had busy day.
Then watched NBA.
We wanted Lakers to win, and it was a crazy game,
but after extended period, they finally won.
Oh my god.
It made us so tired, but it was fun.
We went to bed immediately.
火曜、お仕事の日。
カレーライスをお弁当につめて、歩いていく。
雨が降っていたので、レインブーツで行こうかと思ったけれど、ちょうど出掛けるときに止んだ。
今日はこれまででいちばん忙しい日だった。
8時から4時までずっしり予約が埋まっている上に、ERが2件依頼があったけれど、1件は明日にしてもらった。
それでもお昼休憩は返上。
いろいろありつつ、なんとかこなしていく。
午後、少し隙間ができたので慌てて遅いお昼を食べた。
こんなに忙しいのに、やっぱり本を読む時間はあった。でも気持ちが落ち着かないので午前中はあまり読めず。
終わった時は思わずロビンとハグ。後は冷たいビール！と言って笑った。
ほんとうに今日はビールが飲みたいくらい忙しかった。
夫が迎えに来てくれて、ブリトーを買って帰宅。
冷たいビールと一緒に、野球を見ながら食べた。
うーんおいしい。
客席に犬がやたらいるな、と思ったら、今日は国際ペットデーだとロビンが言っていたのを思い出す。
今日はいちにち不思議な天気で、夫の仕事場では一瞬雹が降ったそう。
外はすごい不思議な色をしている。
東の方に黒い雲、西も雲に覆われているけれど、合間から夕陽が除いていて、しかもすごい強い光だった。
全体が、オレンジのような、セピア色みたいな。
これまでに見たことのない色で、写真を撮りながら、おしゃべりしながらお庭ですごす。
そのあと、NBAを見る。
よくわからないけれど、プレーオフにすすめるかどうかの大事な試合らしい。
八村選手が出てるのでレイカーズを応援した。
延長にもつれ込んでようやく勝つ。
わー、なかなかいい試合だったな。
アンソニー・デイヴィスが好き。まゆげがつながっていて、いい顔をしている。
その後すぐに寝た。
夜も楽しめてとてもよかった。
