Woke up late.
It’s cold today.
Coffee and banana.
It was time to pick up the once a month delivery.
Also we bought some meat at co-op.
We like this delivery system.
They have lots of organic or goof quality foods,
and they are really good at packing. Less plastics is less stress.
Back home, we checked the list and organized them.
We ate bagels.
Then I went to outside.
I though it would be too cold, but when you move your body,
it is so quick to feel hot.
I was planning to plant some seeds, but I couldn’t make it today.
I cleaned some weeds and dig the old furrows.
There are peas and oats I planted during winter.
They will be good for new crops.
Dan was expanding the garden.
Dan also cooked dinner.
Chicken, kale, and rice.
He asked me to play some music.
The first three songs I picked was so happy.
So we started to research “happy songs”
It should be straight happy, not ironic, or out of desperation.
The music should be good, upbeat, and under 3 minutes.
And danceable!
We kept adding criteria, and it became really hard.

しっかり寝て起きた。
今日は寒い。
コーヒーとバナナ。
すぐに、月一の、食料品のデリバリーの時間になって出かける。
ついでにコープでもお買い物。
今回も充分な量を買えたと思う。
このシステムのいいところは、オーガニックやそれでなくても質のいいものが多いこと、
値段はそんなに安くないけれど、たまにすごく安いものがあること、
まとめて来るので、梱包やその他のことに資源をつかわないこと、などなど。
帰ってきて、リストをチェックしながら、食料品を整理して、
ベーグルを食べる。
その後、お庭に出た。
寒いかなぁと思ったけれど、動いているとどんどん暖かくなる。
今日は種を植えたかったけれど、まだそこまで行けなかった。
休耕の間に植えた、カバークロップ（豆とオーツ麦）をそのままにして掘り返す。
縁には石を積み上げてあるのだけど、その下から入って来る雑草を抜いていく。
夫は拡張作業をしてくれていた。
夜ご飯は夫がつくってくれた。
チキンと、ケール、それにごはん。
その間に何か音楽をかけて、と言われて、選んだ曲がすべてハッピーな曲だったので、
そのままハッピーな曲しばりで行こうとしたけれど、これがなかなか難しい。
英語の曲でないとだめ、
悲しいこともあるけれど、ハッピーみたいなのはナシ、
皮肉なハッピーもダメ、
ストレートにハッピーで、曲調もアップビートで踊れるもの、しかも名曲。
できれば３分以内。
と、どんどんルールが追加されて難しくなっていったけど楽しかった。

そのあとは、映画”Moneyball”を見た。
野球の話だったので野球が見たくなるけれど、
今年はシーズンごとないかもしれないから、つまらないな。
