Friday.
Dan took day off.
He went to get cappuccino.
Yogurt and banana.
It was cloudy and chilly, but I started working outside.
First I cleaned all the boards, and cut some of old ones for firewood.
Then I died and flattened in between the garden box.
I saw some earthworms.
Dan came to help.
I asked him to cut some of box’s hight.
I tried but ended up bad looking.
He made it better.
We worked till noon, and decided to go for lunch at the restaurant.
At the bar, we watched spring training.
I had huevos rancheros, and Dan had meatball sub.
Then we stopped at the supermarket, to buy groceries for dinner.
And went to the park to play basketball.
There were some kids playing a game.
We played 30 minuets or so.
With heavy shoes, it was hard.
Back home, we had a long nap.
Then had salad and bagel for dinner.
We played a lot today.
金曜日。
夫は休みを取った。
いつもより少し遅めに起きて、夫が買ってきてくれたカプチーノ。
ヨーグルトとバナナで朝ごはん。
曇っていて肌寒いけれど外へ。
散らばった廃材を片付けて、もう使えないものは薪にするために切っておく。
廃材が積み重なっているエリアも、今年は片付けたい。
それからガーデンボックスの合間を平らに整えて、その土をボックスの中へ。
少し掘るとすぐに小石がたくさん出てくる。
ミミズも少し。ボックスの中へお引越ししてもらった。
夫には最後から二つめに作ったボックスの仕上げをしてもらう。
長辺と短辺の高さがあってなくって、組み立てた後に無理やり切ったのでガタガタだった。
きれいにととのえてもらってスッキリした。
お昼くらいまで作業をして、それから町のレストランへ。
バーに座って、春キャンプのダイジェスト版を見ながら食べた。
ふたりとも今日のスペシャルにする。
わたしはウェボスレンチェロス、メキシカンの卵料理。
夫はミートボールが詰まったサブマリンサンドイッチ。
このままバスケしに行こうとしたけれど、お腹がいっぱいだし、夫がトイレに行きたいというので、スーパーへ。
トイレを借りて、少し買い物をしている時、東アジア人の女の人を見かけた。めずらしい。
公園には学校が終わった子供たちもいて、ケイドロ？みたいな遊びをしていた。
30分ほどバスケ。
わたしはマーティンだし、夫も作業靴で足が重い。
帰ってしっかりお昼寝。
夜ご飯はサラダとベーグルで軽めに。
今日はよく遊んだ。
