Thursday.
I woke up with Dan.
Coffee and toast.
Cleaned up, and took a hot bath.
4 kinds of Tomato seedling out of 6 went bad.
The coldness killed them.
So I sow them again.
Indigo, and lotus are growing so fast.
The second batch of onion is growing well.
Plants are not always expectable.
That’s why it is fun.
The sun was warm.
Most of snow melted.
Saige was outside, so I gave her biscuit.
Some of baby herbs got killed by the snow, but oh well.
In the afternoon, Saige was barking long time,
and I went out to check.
There was a person walking inside creek.
Saige considers creek and our property as her territory.
I told her good job, and gave her more biscuits.
I made miso soup, kale, tofu, and rice.
After that, I worked on my ceramics.
This time I only made one at time, and it was really good.
Dan came home around 4.
As he ate big company lunch, I had dinner by myself.
We watched movie about male strippers.
I didn’t know anything about it, and so did Dan.
It was stupid, but also fun.
I love how those macho guys say I love you to each other without saying “no homo” or anything like that.
木曜日。
夫といっしょに起きてコーヒー。
片付けて、お風呂につかる。
トマトは6種類撒いたうち、4種類が今週の寒さでだめになってしまった。
気を取り直して撒きなおす。
藍、ハスは順調に伸びている。
タマネギも第二弾が順調に育っている。
植物のことはこちらの思い通りにはいかない。
それがたのしい。
太陽があたたかい。
雪はあっという間に溶けていった。
セージが外にいるのでビスケットをあげて散歩した。
少し生えて来ていたハーブも、枯れたように見えるものもある。
ここからどうだろうか。
お昼過ぎ、セージがずっとないているので気になって外に出ると、
小川を誰かが歩いているみたいだった。
セージにとってのテリトリーは小川と、うちの敷地内と、お隣2軒くらいまでなのだろう。
えらいね、と褒めてまたビスケットをあげた。
夜ご飯はいつもの和食。
お味噌汁、ケール、豆腐ステーキ、ごはん。
作り終えた後に、少しだけ土を触る。
ひとつに集中して最後までつくった。
ああ、こっちの方がいいかもしれない。
夫は4時ごろ帰宅。
お昼をたくさん食べたとのことで、わたしひとりで晩ご飯にする。
夜、ネットフリックスで映画を見る。
フロリダの男性ストリッパーのコメディ映画で、こんな世界があるんだ、と夫と見入ってしまった。
夫も男友達に I love youと言うけれど、この超マッチョな男性たちがふざけずに I love you、I miss you といっているのはなかなかよかった。
ふざけているようで意外と真面目な男性の友情ロードムービー、かな。
