Thursday.

We both couldn’t wake up.

Finally managed to wake up around little after 9.

It’s full moon today.

I did laundry.

And started a bread dough. This one is with nuts and dried fruit.

One letter, one bill.

I got a postcard from the court saying that I’m pardoned from the jury duty this time, but I might be summoned in the future. Hmmmm.

I worked on the sealing molds.

Today I worked around the kitchen table.

We walked to the co-op, and I got rye flour.

Then I started rye bread.

Dinner was kale, red cabbage, and brown rice.

And fish sticks from new brand.

I baked them in the oven instead flying.

And it was pretty good.

My workout was arms.

Tonight was the total lunar eclipse.

It was cloudy day, but the sky cleared up in the afternoon.

So we could see the moon coming up.

Around 10:30, it was already happening, and by 11:30, it was a total eclipse.

Orange, dark, and small moon and lots of stars.

It was really beautiful.

We never stay up this late, but it worth it.

木曜日。

夫もわたしも全然起き上がれなかった。

9時過ぎにやっと起きる。

今日は満月だ。

昨日の雨で一気に地面が緑に。

でもまた気温が下がる予報。

洗濯。

パンを仕込む。

ドライフルーツと胡桃入り。

手紙を1通書いて、小切手を1枚切る。

裁判所から、「今回は免除ですが、今後また召喚された際は、その時点での状況に応じて対応してください」と書いてあるハガキが届いた。

やっぱり将来の分は免除されないのね。

ここは人口が少ないから連絡が来る確率もうんと高い。

めんどくさ。

今日もアリ対策。

キッチンのテーブルの下に潜り込んで、隙間を埋めた。

コープまで散歩に出る。

ライ麦粉を量り売りで購入。

帰ってライ麦パンを仕込んだ。

夜ご飯はケール、紫キャベツのナムル、玄米ごはんと、フィッシュスティック。

今回は初めて試すブランドで、オーブンで焼いてみた。

カリッとできておいしい。

ワークアウトは腕。

20分で腕がパンパンになる。

今晩は皆既月食。

曇りだったけれど、夕方から晴れてきて、月は登るところからしっかり見れた。

きれいな満月。

10時ごろ？からかけ始め、11時半には完全に月食に。

暗めのオレンジ色で、とても小さく見える。

星がまたいっそうきれいに見えた。

1時間ほどで終わって、また戻っていく。

こんなに夜更かししたのはひさしぶり。

でも見られてよかった。
