Tuesday.
I walked to work.
It was full schedule in the morning, and we added two more.
We had to eat our lunch quick, and kept going.
There was a patient who was so confused and cried for whole time.
I understand.
I wouldn’t like to be treated by many people.
It was quiet in the afternoon.
We decided to walk up to high school and walk around the truck until kids came out.
There was a dark cloud and strong sunshine at the same time.
When we came back to the hospital, it started hailing.
Oh wow.
We came back in the perfect timing.
I walked till little after 4, and Dan came to pick me up.
It was still weird sky.
Then the hard rain started and stopped quick.
We went outside to see the rainbow.
It was right there, and double.
It looked like as if on the neighbor’s tree.
Wow.
We had pork burrito for dinner.
And cuddled long time.
It was really good.
Went to bed early too.
火曜日。
お仕事へ。
午前中は予定がいっぱいだったのに、さらに2件追加があった。
お昼ご飯も急いで食べないといけなくて、ずっとワタワタしていた。
高齢で、完全に混乱している入院患者さん、何が起きているのかわからず喚いていてつらかった。
そらそうだろうと思う。
何もわからず、いきなり大勢の手で移動させられ、いろいろさせられたら嫌だろうな。
打って変わって、午後は2件だけ。
お昼過ぎに歩きに行くことにした。
高校まで上がって行って、子供達が出てくるまでトラックをぐるぐる回る。
暗い雲と、その隙間から見える太陽がなんともドラマチックな空だった。
トレイラーに戻って一服していると大雨。いや、霰だ。
ちょうど良いタイミングで戻って来れた。
4時過ぎに上がって、夫に迎えに来てもらう。
夕陽が差す中、またざーっと降る。今度は雨。
パッと止んだので、夫がこれは虹が出るねと言って外へ。
大きな二重の虹がすぐそこにあった。
わー。
お隣の松の木に虹の根っこがあるように見える。
こんなに近くに見えるのは初めてかも。
その後もなんとも不思議な空だった。
夜はタコトラックでブリトーを買ってきてもらう。
今日は何も見ずに、ひっついて早めに寝た。
ぎゅっとしていると、じわーっとあたたかくて回復というか充電している感じがする。
