Sunny day again.
It might be ok. The gray phase must be gone.
We had many deliveries today.
Coffee!!
We went to get our order around 11:30.
There was no confusion this time.
Then we went to Ace to buy seeding soil and tray, etc.
Back home, sorted the groceries, and we had bagels.
Before planting seeds,
I transplanted herbs from big container to small pots.
There are three herb pots I am growing by the window in the kitchen,
and all of them are so happy so I want more of them.
The emptied container would be for seedlings.
While Dan was working on the poem,
I started preparing for tax return.
We have so many receipts for remodeling house and moving,
so I sorted them by month.
Phew.
But while I was working on that,
I found unopened envelope for Dan.
That was for his art piece! wow.
We had frozen pizza and leftover soup for dinner.
Then we brought the juicer from the shed,
assembled and made juice with carrots, lemon, apple, and ginger.
This juicer is called “super angel.”
Very high quality cold press juicer.
We might put too much ginger, but it was great!
今日も雲はあるものの、晴れ。
ああ、もう大丈夫かもしれない。季節がかわった。
今日は月一の配達の日。
しかも朝コーヒー豆も届いた。これで安心。
１１時半に荷物を取りに行くと、今回はトラブルもなくすぐに終わった。
その足で、ホームセンターに行って、種を植えるためのトレイと土を買ってくる。
家に戻って、ひとつずつチェック、片付け。
とりあえずベーグルを食べた。
種を植える前に、プランターのハーブを小さな鉢に移す。
台所の窓際で育てているハーブの寄せ植えがものすごく元気なので、
それを増やしたくて。
空いたプランターは苗に回そう。
午後、夫が詩集の作業をしている間、
重い腰を上げて、確定申告の準備にかかる。
まずはレシートの整理から。
月ごとにわけていく。
ああー、めんどうだな。
でもその整理の途中で開けてない、夫宛の封筒を見つけて、
それは作品を買ってくれたひとからの小切手だった。
おお、見つけてよかった。
夜は冷凍のピザとチキンスープ。
その後、大量に届いたオーガニックのニンジンを消費するべく、
ジューサーをひさしぶりにつかった。
コールドプレス？なんだか忘れたけどすごくいいジューサー。
名前がスーパーエンジェルなのも気に入っている。
ニンジン、レモン、しょうが、りんご。
しょうがをすこし入れ過ぎたけれどおいしかった。
