Saturday.

We are off today too.

We woke up later and Dan made eggs and toast.

With sprouts.

It was cloudy and cold again.

We’ve been having days like this a lot this winter.

Without snow, it’s really depressing.

We decided to make taco for lunch, and went to a quick shopping.

We got whole wheat tortilla.

I made taco meat using soy meat, and got ready, and Dan finished it.

It was simple and pretty good.

Dan worked on his project of making pantry in trailer for me.

I will put my baking stuff there.

It’ll be great.

I worked in the garden.

First, I tried weeding, but it was too cold to stay at place, so I changed it to edging.

I picked up where I left off before it got cold.

This is hard work, and I was almost sweating at the end.

The dinner was tofu steak, kale, broccoli, and brown rice.

Dinner after hard work is something else.

We tried to watch another movie, but the internet was not working well.

Instead, we watched comedy and I did some stretching.

A nice weekend.

土曜日。

今日もおやすみ。

のんびり起きて、朝ごはんは夫が目玉焼きとトーストをつくってくれる。

スプラウトつき。

今日も曇りで寒い。

今年はこんな日ばかりだなぁ。雪がない分、曇りばかり気になる。

お昼はタコスにしようと決めて、さっと買い出し。

全粒粉のトルティーヤというのを買ってみる。

大豆ミートでタコミートをつくって、いろいろ準備する。手巻きみたい。

あっさりしておいしかった。

午後、夫はこのところ取りかかっている作業の続き。

トレイラーにパントリーをつくってくれている。

わたしのパン用の小麦とか、サツマイモとか、瓶詰めのジャムとかを入れるつもり。

たのしみ！

わたしはお庭へ。

草引きをしていたけれど、体が温まらないので変更。

寒くなる前に進めていた、エッジを整える作業の続き。

最後汗ばむくらいまで体を使った。

夜ごはんは豆腐ステーキ、ケール炒め、ブロッコリーの甘酢炒め、玄米。

動いた後のごはんはおいしい。

夜、また映画を見ようとしたけれど、ネットが弱くて断念。

コメディを見たり、ストレッチして過ごす。

良い終末だった。
