It was sunny and cloudy day.
Coffee and bagel.
I did laundry again.
Because the water is much harder than NY,
I feel like it affects our clothes.
But I’m not sure...
I showed Dan the excel data of expensive.
Then we added some more.
He was relieved too.
He made pizza again.
I was responsible for making dough thin,
I used only half of dough and made two pizza.
We put tomato sauce, two kinds of cheese, peperoncini,
salami and green pepper and onion.
It was very good.
Then I had a meeting with the member of the concert.
We are planning to make zine about the concert.
We talked about the concert and zine.
Then I made dinner.
Chicken, green pepper, and onion with sweet sour sauce.
On top of white rice.
Dan is the one who bought the chicken,
but he couldn’t eat much.
太陽はいるけど、雲がところどころ厚い日。
コーヒー、ベーグル。
今日も洗濯機をまわす。
ここはニューヨークよりも硬水なので、
まだいろんなことに慣れない。
洗濯物もすこし黄ばむような？
確定申告のための支出をまとめたのを夫に見せて、さらに少し追加する。
夫も思っていたよりもお金を使っていなかったことにほっとしたみたい。
今日も夫はピザ生地をつくっていた。
生地を薄く伸ばす係に任命されたので、
いつもの半分の量でうすーく伸ばす。
トマトソースに、チーズ２種類、サラミ、ペペロンチー二、ピーマンと玉ねぎの薄切り。
とてもおいしかった。
今日は先日の東京でのコンサートのメンバーとミーティング。
zineをつくることになっているのでそのことと、
実際にコンサートをやってみてどうだったか、と。
２時間たっぷり話した。
それから夜ご飯。
手羽元があったので、ピーマンと玉ねぎもいれて甘酢餡をつくり、
ごはんの上にかけて食べる。
手羽元を買ってきた本人は、結局ほぼ食べられず、お野菜とごはんだけ食べていた。
骨付きだもんね。
夜はいろいろ見て早目に寝た。
