For some reason we woke up like 5 am,
and I started working on the project.
Dan went back to the bed at some point.
After he woke up again, around 10 am, I saw the news of the earthquake in Japan.
It reminds me about the big one from ten years ago.
I'm sure that many remembered that experience....
I posted on Instagram story saying that if anyone needs to talk, I'm here, and
chatted one of them.
I really hope everyone is safe,
Dan made beans and quesadillas.
Then we had a good long nap.
Watched NHK news a little bit.
It made me cry.
Specially about the nuclear power plants....
Then while later, I got numbed.

なぜか５時に2人とも起きちゃった。
そのまま作業を始める。
夫はどこかのタイミングで寝に戻ったけど、わたしは続けていた。
１０時ごろだろうか。
ふと開いた携帯で地震のニュースを見る。
わー、これは。
場所も時期も、辛い人が多いのではと思った。
とりあえず、インスタのストーリーに、話たい人いますかと声をかける。
そのうちのお一人と軽く話した。
夫がケーサディーヤと昨日のビーンズを温めてくれる。
ビーンズは結構美味しくできた。
その後引きずられるように昼寝をした。
NHKを少し見るけど、泣けてしかたない。
原発のニュースで泣いていると夫が心配している。
でも、少し見ていると慣れてくる。
それもなんだかなぁと思う。
