Dan was not sure if he has to work or not, but he did.
He left home 7:30.
Coffee.
My bother got my package finally.
The cap is already too small!
Oh no.
I promised him that I’ll make spring hat.
While I was working on computer, I was kinda watching Croatia and Brazil.
I saw that Brazil scored in the extended time, so I thought it was over.
Then while I was doing dishes, Croatia scored!! And won the PK!
Omg, that was crazy.
The next game was also good.
I started making my new planner for 2023.
First, I need to move all the notes about accounts and passwords which I changed recently.
Next, I need to make calendar.
Also, I started knitting for my nephew with bamboo cotton thread.
I made it slightly smaller than one I made for my 4 year old niece.
Dan came home around 2:30.
And we went to get lunch at the restaurant in town.
I had crab cake, and Brussels sprouts.
Dan had Chicken cordon blue sandwich.
We became full and go home.
We watched “Pinocchio.”
It is called stop motion movie, I guess.
I cannot imagine how much time and work they put in this 2 hour movie.
Dan went to bed early, but I couldn’t sleep, so I read my book.
The war was over, the peninsula was divided, and pachinko parlor came along.
金曜日。
夫は仕事かどうかわからなかったけれど、結局仕事になって7時半ごろ出ていった。
わたしも起きてコーヒー。
早朝に弟から連絡、荷物が無事届いたととのこと。
帽子はもうすでにキツめ。
次は春の帽子を大きめに編むよと言っておいた。
クロアチアとブラジルの試合をなんとなく見ながらパソコン作業をし、
延長戦でブラジルがゴールを決めたのでこのまま終わるなと思ってお皿を洗っている間にクロアチアが同点に追いついていた。え！
そのままPK戦で勝ってしまった。すごーい。
その次のアルゼンチンとオランダの試合もすごい接戦でおもしろかったので、
いろいろ作業をしながらずっと見ていた。
来年の手帳を手作り。
まずはいろんな情報やパスワードを書き写すのだけれど、
先日いろいろ変えたから間違わないように慎重に。
カレンダーを書くところまでたどりつかなかった。
それから甥の帽子を編み始める。
サン・ディエゴの姪に編んだのと同じ竹の繊維入りのもの。
4歳の姪のサイズよりほんのすこしだけ小さくしたけれどどうだろうか。
夫は2時過ぎに帰宅。
そのまま町のレストランにお昼を食べに出る。
わたしはクラブケーキと芽キャベツをグリルしたもの。
夫はチキンコルドンブルーというフランス発祥の料理？
それをサンドイッチにしたものを頼んだ。
お腹いっぱい食べて、帰宅後はのんびり。
夜、『Pinocchio』を見る。
ストップモーション映画というのだろうか。
2時間越えなのですごい膨大な時間をかけてつくっているのだろう。
とても見応えがあった。
夫は早く寝たけれど、わたしは眠れずに読書。
