Wednesday.

I went to work.

Christmas Eve is almost like New Year’s eve in Japan.

I thought patients won’t come, but they did.

All went smoothly.

I finished my book.

I have been comparing it to Ocean Voug’s book, but it got more and more unique.

Both authors are first generation immigrants from the country had fought against US.

Iran and Vietnam.

They are both poet, and wrote a book based on their lives.

I’d love to see them writing more and more.

It got so quiet in the afternoon, we were checking Facebook marketplace for cars.

The manager is trying to convince me to buy electric car.

I was done by 4, and walked home.

I ate wonton soup, and did my workout.

I took shower and got ready.

We left house around 8 and went to our friends house.

They already ate everything, but still served for us.

It was Italian seafood and I loved it.

Everything was great, I ate a lot.

We left there around 10.

Then we had more fun at home.

水曜日。

今日も仕事へ。

クリスマスイブは大晦日みたいなものだから、患者さん来ないかもと思ったけれど、そんなことなかった。

スムーズに進んでいく。

本を読み終わる。

途中まで、Ocean Voug の本と比べていたけれど、どんどんおもしろくなっていった。

特に後半。声が出そうになりながら読んだ。

どちらも、作者は移民二世、しかもアメリカと戦争をした国。ベトナムとイラン。

ふたりとも詩人で、まだ若くて、自身の出自をベースにしたと思われる物語を書いている。

この先、どうなっていくのかすごく楽しみ。

午後はオフィスも暇で、みんなで買う車を選んだ。

マネージャーは電気自動車に乗っていて、熱心に勧められたけれど、電気だけってなんだか不安だ。

ハイブリッドならいいかなと思う。

4時に上がって帰宅。

昨日のワンタンスープが少し残っていたので食べる。

ワークアウトして、シャワーを浴びて、暖炉に火を入れたら夫が帰宅。

準備して出かける。

8時ごろ友達の家に着いたら、もう食べ終わっていた。

でも残り物を温めてくれる。

カニの身の入った団子？をエビのくるんとしたところに挟んだものと、2種類の貝の入ったトマト味のパスタ。

どれもおいしくってパクパク食べた。

たっぷりおしゃべりして、お茶も飲んで、お暇したら10時だった。

家に帰ってたくさんおしゃべりする。

楽しいクリスマス。
