We woke up several times to take Ibuprofen during night.
So we didn’t really wake up in the morning.
I stayed in bed whole day.
I had slight fever, joint ache, muscle pain, and fatigue.
I kept working on unraveling the scarf, and listen to a radio program.
Dan was working outside with his router.
He made me grilled cheese, and soup.
I’m hoping it will pass soon!
夜中も数時間おきに起きてイブプロフェンをとったので、
朝起きてもゆっくりしている。
今日はいちにちベッドかな。
体調は少し熱っぽく、からだの節々がいたい、疲れている。
スカーフをほどく作業を半分横になりながらやったり、ラジオを聞いたりして過した。
夫はルーターが気にいったみたいで、他の板の角も落としたりしていた。
グリルドチーズやスープを食べて、夜中まで起きていたけれど、
熱は上がらず、このまま終われるといいなぁ。
