Tuesday.
It was 9F outside, but inside was warmer than I expected.
Dan made our sandwiches today.
After he left for work, I did little stretch.
Everyone told me I’ll be sore, but not too bad.
Though, I couldn’t sleep well and had bad dreams.
I left 7:20 wearing big sky pants.
If I cover my face, my glasses get foggy...
I stopped to buy cappuccino.
The morning was kind of busy, but it got slow in the afternoon.
Even when it’s busy, I have time to read while the patient is in the MRI.
As the last one finished early, I left early.
It was snowing, and supposed to be snow storm.
I stopped at co-op and got dumplings and cabbage.
It was the time when kids are coming home in the school bus.
Many dogs were happy to see them.
I never sow some of those dogs.
Back home, quickly made fire.
Then started cooking diner.
Dan came home soon and brought lots of produce.
One of them was shiitake mushroom so I cooked it with carrots.
I made miso soup, and dumpling with rice.
We ate dinner while watching USA vs Iran.
When they make goals, it’s just one second, and that makes game.
You cannot look away, and that makes soccer exciting, I guess.
It won’t be too cold tomorrow, but might snow overnight.
火曜日。
外はマイナス12度だけれど、部屋の中は思ったより暖かい。
今日は夫がサンドイッチをつくってくれた。
見送ってからストレッチ。
夫の同僚に、明日筋肉痛になるよと言われたけれど、思ったより軽症でほっとする。
昨日は疲れているのに眠れなくて、夢見も悪いし変な夜だった。
7時20分ごろ出発。スキー用の？厚いボトムスを履いていく。
顔を覆って歩くと、今度はメガネが曇る。
なかなか難しいな。
途中でカプチーノを買っていく。
仕事は午前中はまぁまぁ忙しく、午後はのんびりだった。
そして忙しい中でも、MRIのスキャン中はわたしは待機なので、けっこう読書ができる。
午後の患者さんがすこし早く終わって、通常より少し早めに上がることにした。
雪が降り出してきたのと、警報が出ていたので。
コープにさっと寄って、ギョウザとキャベツを購入。
ちょうど学校終わりの時間でスクールバスが子供を降ろしているところだった。
近所の犬が何匹も迎えに出てきていてかわいかった。
初めて見る犬もいた。
帰宅後すぐ薪ストーブに火を入れて、晩ご飯にとりかかる。
夫も帰宅。
仕事先からもらってきた食材の中にシイタケがあったので、ニンジンのキンピラに追加する。
夫はキノコ類全般が苦手なので、これまで買ってこなかったけれど、今日はおいしく食べていた。
キャベツとタマネギのお味噌汁もつくって最後にギョウザを焼く
アメリカとイランのサッカー試合を見つつ夕食。
なにも起きないようでいて、一瞬で決まる感じがサッカーのよさなのかな。
じわじわと思い出してきた。
今日はそこまで冷え込まないのだけど、いったん止んだ雪がまた降る予報。
明日の朝はどうかなー。
