Woke up 7 by alarm and 9 I guess.
Coffee and raisin bread.
The herbs in the container are having hard time.
Not enough sun, I think.
Also some are too crowded, so I thinned.
Sage, hyssop, marshmallow, I planted them outside as well.
So I moved some of them into the container. let’s see.
Around noon, we started working outside.
It was gray and cold day.
I did 8 times today!
Buried the east and south side of the school house.
Dan was putting insulation around the drain pipe.
We finished right before it got dark.
There were two cranes over our property.
Dark gray and big.
They might be trying to land on the creek.
Dan made tomato pasta with soy sausage.
We watched shows, and he fell asleep soon.
I got up and did journaling about my garden.
目覚ましの後、起き上がったのは９時ぐらいかな。
コーヒーとレーズンブレッド。
コンテナで育てているハーブ類、太陽があまりでないので元気がない。
混んでいるのも原因かと思って、すこし間引く。
外で同時期に播いた種も小さいけれど、かなりしっかりと育っているので、
すこしだけコンテナに移してみた。雪でやられてしまうかもしれないし。
お昼頃になって外で作業開始。
今日は８往復！
家の東側、表側も埋められてとてもいい感じ。
砂利の山、半分は使ったかもしれない。
夫は排水管に断熱材を巻き付けたり、すそ板を貼ったりしていた。
暗くなる頃に終了。
そうだ、鶴を見た。
つがいで、暗いグレーの大きな鶴がうちの上をぐるぐると飛んでいった。
小川に降りたかったのかもしれない。
大豆ソーセージのトマトパスタをつくってくれた。
あとはネットフリックスを見たり、だらだら。
夫は早く寝ついたけれどわたしはなぜか眠れなくて、
今年の写真を見返しながら、お庭のノートをつけはじめた。
スタートが６月だから、来年以降の参考にあまりならないかもしれないけれど、記録は大事。
