I couldn't sleep last night, and got my period...oops
But I had an online meeting, and it was much fun.
After that, I took hot bath, did little laundry.
Worked online.
Wrote letters.
By 2:30 pm, the sun was already going down.
I took it very easy today.
I was not hungry. Apple, cracker, yogurt, etc.
Dan will take care of dinner.

昨日は眠れず。湯たんぽして温めていたら、生理がきた。
なるほど、という感じ。
こんなに寝不足なのはひさしぶりだなぁ。
今朝は星の談話室から。
始まると楽しくって、終わった後は温泉から出たみたいにほわーっとしていた。
これがあって、よかった。
終わってから半身浴。洗濯を少し。
仕事を少し、手紙を書く。
２時半にはもう日が傾いている。あっという間だな。
今日は無理しない〜。
食欲もあまりなく、ヨーグルト、りんご、クラッカーなど。
夜も夫に任せようと思う。
湯たんぽして、休みながら作業したりする。
