Woke up before 8.
I made coffee.
Walked to the mailbox.
We went to HomeDepo.
We needed tape for window, light fixtures, pipe insulation, fire extinguisher, etc etc.
It was crowded than we thought.
Back home before noon.
We ate quesadillas and soup, then I put window tape on the all window.
Dan was working on the insulation.
It was sunny and warm.
We had break to have some sun.
Around 4, it was getting dark, and we ran together.
5 laps.
It killed us.
I got cold, and had to lay down for a while.
We installed medicine cabinet we bought today.
Dan was talking to his brother over the phone.
８時には起きた。
コーヒーを入れる。
郵便箱まで歩いていった。
今日は隣町のホームセンターへ。
窓の周りに貼る、特殊なテープが町ではみつからなかったため。
ついでに、天井のライト、水道管の断熱材、消火器なども買った。
日曜の朝、思ったより混んでいたけど、道は空いていたので、お昼までには帰宅。
ケーサディーヤと残りのスープでごはん。
それから窓のテープを貼っていく。窓、後は木材で枠を外に貼るのがのこっている。
夫は水道管にパイプを貼ったり、床下の断熱材についていろいろやっていた。
気持ちよく晴れて、あたたかい。こんな日はしばらくないかも。
途中で日向ぼっこ休憩。
４時ごろまでにはぐんと寒くなって暗くなってきたので、走ることにした。
いっしょに、５周。
気持ちよかったのだけど、このあとしばらく横になっていた。
ずーんと疲れが来たのか、冷えたのもある。
夫がハーブティーをいれてくれて回復した。
買ってきた、棚付きの鏡をバスルームに設置。
だいぶそれらしくなってきた。
夫は兄と長電話していた。
