Woke up 10:30!
I was so tired for some reason.
Dan made coffee and oatmeal.
I worked little bit in the garden.
Then I put screws on the sub floor.
I started putting the flooring.
M came around 2?
He was working underneath the house. I could hear him struggling.
I kept working until 6, and took hot shower.
Dan made beautiful soup with squash, beans, ham, kale.
We went to bed early, but not really sleeping.
A loud knock woke us up, scared us.
It was our only neighbor trying to tell us that our car’s light is on.
Phew.
It’s very easy to forget that we are living in the town.
１０時半に起きた。わお。
なんだかつかれていてゆっくり動き出す。
夫がコーヒーとオートミールをつくってくれた。
お庭で作業をすこし。
それから床材を貼る前に、板のネジ打ちを。
ひさしぶりの床材貼りは慣れるまでに時間がかかった。
Mがきたのは２時ごろ？
わたしたちは夫がつくってくれたハムサンドを食べていた。
Mは床下にもぐってたぶん配管の作業をしてくれていた。
床を貼っていると、真下でがんばってくれている声が聞こえた。
６時ごろまで作業してストップ。それからシャワー。
夫がお庭のスクワッシュと豆、トマト、ケールでスープをつくってくれた。
夜は早くにおふとんに入ってだらだらしていた。
大きなノックの音で飛び起きる。だれ！？と思ったらお向かいのおばさんで、
車のライトがつけっぱなしよと教えに来てくれたのだった。
すごい反応をしてしまって申し訳なかったけど、ここでは他の人が来る可能性を簡単に忘れてしまう。
