I planted garlic and shallots.
Garlic is from the garlic festival in town, called Gypsy Rose Music.
Shallots is French Grey, and I purchased online.
They are supposed to be rare and delicious.
I planted garlic here and there in the garden.
It would prevent pests to eat my vegetables.
Put lots of mulch on top, and just wait until the spring.
I checked the map, and the line of our property.
Planning to plant my persimmon trees.
From the southwest corner towards east.
Today I just marked and made fence.
I got my period.
That’s why I felt cold.
Took hot bath.
I worked on my postcard piece.
Tried to take it easy.
Dan came home before 5.
He had a busy day.
I cooked spam with pepper and eggplant with miso.
I don’t remember spam as this salty.
Eggplant was really good.
Dan made me hot water bag.
He called his brother who turned 60 today.
60 years means special in Asia.
夫早朝出勤の日。
コーヒー、ライ麦トースト。
昨日よりは寒くないかな。
ポストカードの作品をつくっていると、なんだか冷える。
ブランケットをひざにかけて作業。
日が出てきたところで外に出て、ニンニクとシャロットを植える。
ニンニクは町のフェスで購入したジプシー・ローズ・ミュージックという種類。
シャロットはフレンチ・グレイという種類で小さくて皮が硬いけれどそのぶんおいしいらしい。
たっぷりマルチをかけて、あとは春まで待つ。
ニンニクはお庭のあちこちにも植えてみた。
ネギ類は動物が食べないから予防にもなる。
カキの木を植えたくて、敷地の境界線を一度確認。
南西の角から東にむかって3本並べて植えてみようと思う。
今日は位置確認と、柵をつくっただけ。
生理が来る。
冷えるはずだ。
お風呂につかる。
午後もポストカードつくり。
のんびりしてすごす。
夫は5時前に帰宅。忙しかったみたい。
夜ご飯はナスとペッパーともらったスパムで麻婆茄子ふう。
スパムってこんなに塩辛かったっけ？
ナスはとてもおいしかった。
夫が湯たんぽをつくってくれて、それからあちこちに電話していた。
今日は兄の誕生日。60歳。
60歳はアジアでは特別な歳なんだよ、と説明した。
