Sunday.
I knew it will be sunny day before I woke up.
It’s been while.
I woke up around 9, and had coffee and yogurt.
The ground was frozen, but the sun was melting quickly.
I went out to my herb garden to cut back some of herbs.
It was nice being out but I couldn’t stay long.
I harvested mash mallow’s seeds.
We went for a walk around noon.
Climbed up to the water tank.
It was so windy my hair went wild.
This corse is almost like a hike, and my legs were tired.
You have to be careful when climbing down.
Especially it was little muddy and slippery because of the frost.
We walked down, and went straight to co-op.
I had soup, and Dan got tuna sandwich.
He shared his sandwich with me, so I had big lunch.
It was a great walk.
Back home, we still want more sunshine, so opened the south window in the kitchen.
It was warm and powerful.
We enjoyed sun as much as we can.
Dan called his sister and friend.
The sun went down on the other side of the hill.
What a big difference it can make.
The world look better place.
Dan made pasta and gave me a little bowl.
I wasn’t hungry yet, so later I had leftover rice and chicken.
We had a relaxing night.
I did lots of stretching.
A beautiful weekend.
日曜日。
起き上がる前から、外がいい天気なのがわかった。
ひさしぶりの太陽だ。
9時ごろ起き出して、コーヒー、ヨーグルト。
地面は一面霜が降りていたけれど、太陽が当たるところから溶けていく。
お庭で使う剪定バサミを持ってハーブガーデンへ。
鳥が食べるように残してあった枯れたハーブを少し切り戻す。
外で作業するのは気持ちいいけれど、やっぱり長くはいられない。
マシュマロの種を収穫して室内へ。
お昼頃散歩に出る。
昨日と同じ給水タンクのところまでぐんぐん登る。
風が強い！
ニット帽を忘れたので、髪の毛がすごいことになった。
てっぺんは空と風だけだった。
軽い山登りみたいなコースなので、脚にぐんとくる。
降りる時は膝に注意しながら。
霜が溶けてできたぬかるみが滑るのでさらに注意が必要。
町まで降りて、コープでお昼を食べていくことにする。
わたしは日替わりスープ、夫はツナのサンドイッチ。
夫のサンドイッチを半分分けてもらってお腹いっぱい。
楽しい散歩になった。
家に帰ってもまだ太陽を浴びていたかったので、台所の南の窓を全開にして過ごす。
まっすぐ午後の光が入ってきて気持ちいい。
家の中は暖かくて風がない分、太陽の熱だけを純粋に感じられる。
しばらく日向ぼっこしながら、夫の妹や友達と長電話。
4時すぎには太陽は丘の向こうへ落ちていった。
今年はあまり太陽が出ない冬なので、その差に驚いている。
本当に世界が違って見える。
すごいなぁ。
夫は豆腐ソーセージのパスタを作っていた。
わたしはまだお腹が空かなかったので、ひとくちだけもらう。
その後、昨日の残りの鶏ももとご飯を食べた。
夜はのんびりして過ごす。
ストレッチをしっかりと。
よい週末だった。
