Sunday.
We woke up slowly and had coffee.
I planted peppers and eggplant.
Well in the ziplock bag with kitchen paper.
Those need heat to germinate. It means it’s too cold here.
I cleaned each parts of flannel dress and ironed them.
When I laid them on the bed, Dan really liked it, and took many photos.
It looked like an artwork.
He was working on something, and he did change the door knob of the trailer.
Wow.
Now we can open it from outside.
Very nice.
We had salad for lunch, and after break, we went for a walk.
We climbed up to the school and tried to go up to the water tank.
But the ground was too soft.
So we stayed on the truck.
We walked fast, and ran even.
It felt really good.
We stopped at the Ace and got a little bucket for compost.
Also I got cappuccino at the coffee stand.
Nice little walk.
Dan made rice and chicken, kale.
I love chicken with bone and skin which he doesn’t.
We did lots of stretching at night.
My legs were already sore.
Dan said his will be sore day after tomorrow.

のんびり起きてコーヒー。
ペッパー類と、ナスの種を植える。
といっても、キッチンペーパーに挟んでジップロックに入れて、ヒーターの近くで発芽させる。
かなり暖かくないと発芽しないので。
つまりここの土地には本来向いてないものなんだろう。
暖かい土地では多年草のナス科。
解体したネル生地のパーツをオキシ漬けにして洗い、アイロンをかける。
やっぱり好きな生地。
ベッドの上に並べていたら、夫がとても気に入って写真を撮っていた。
確かに、何かの作品みたい。
夫は夫で何かしているな、と思ったら、トレイラーのドアに鍵付きの取手をつけてくれた。
わー！
一度挑戦したけれど、古いドアで市販の取手とサイズが合わずにあきらめていた。
これで外からドアを開けられるようになった。うれしいな。
お昼はサラダを食べて、そのままお昼寝せずにちょっと休んでから散歩へ。
学校まで登っていって、さらに貯水タンクまで登ろうとしたけれど、地面が柔らかくて諦めた。
代わりにトラックを早足で歩く。
時々走る。
とっても気持ちがいい。
ホームセンターに寄ってゴミ箱にする小さなバケツを買う。
その後コーヒースタンドでカプチーノも。
楽しい散歩になった。
もう4時過ぎで、お昼が軽かったのですぐご飯にする。
骨付きもも肉をじっくり焼いたものとケール。
今日は夫がお米を炊いてくれたけれど珍しく失敗。そういう時もある。
夜、しっかりストレッチ。
もう脚が痛いよ、というと夫は明後日くらいに筋肉痛になるといっていた。
楽しい週末も終わり。
早めに就寝。
